This item totally exceeded my expectation & Sweetwater is the way to go in all aspects of their customer service, including shipping.

This was purchased as a beginner's percussion instrument that displays the a beautiful cherry wood grain sound board. Sounds great and nice enough to serve as a piece of furniture (small end table) when not being played.

Good value

This is a beautiful cajon and very nice for the price. I've heard better sounding cajons but for playing around in the living room with my wife on accouatoc guitar, it's great. The construction quality is very good.

Happy Cajon

I selected this particular Cajon to jam with family and friends. The price was fair, and the reviews were positive. The bottom line is it has more than lived up to my expectations. The snare feature isn't quite as robust as I anticipated, but that bar was arbitrarily set in my head. The Bass resonates, and it's comfortable to play.
